1. Process automatically control product quality:

2. Automatic assembly can be realized for the cells matching : in order to reduce the influence of "barrel effect" on the electrical performance of the battery group by combining the cell capacity, OCV, ACIR, DCIR and other information in the manufacturing process, the data range of each parameter is set by the system, and the battery is automatically grouped by the bar code or two-dimensional code on the surface of the cell aluminum plastic film. After grouping the cells, according to the requirements of the number of series-parallel cells in the battery pack, the system "packs" and produces the barcode of the battery pack, so as to realize the automatic grade-by-level link and traceability of "the battery cell -- the battery pack".
